Refund policy.

If Cullibrate isn't right for you in the first 14 days after a paid charge, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Founding-tier customers are covered by the same 14-day window starting from the day their paid charge is made.

You're eligible if you've used Cullibrate in good faith and decided it isn't the right tool for your workflow.

We don't ask for justifications or paperwork. We do ask for a short note about what didn't work so we can improve.

Email support@cullibrate.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund".

We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. The funds typically appear within 5-10 days depending on your card provider.

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, e.g. multiple refund/repurchase cycles to evade pricing.

Renewals beyond the 14-day window are not refunded automatically, but we'll review case-by-case.
