By creating a Cullibrate account or using the desktop app, you agree to these terms.

If anything below is unclear, email contact@cullibrate.com and we'll explain it in plain language.

You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use Cullibrate on machines you own or control while your subscription is active.

You may not resell the software, decompile it, or use it to build a directly competing product.

New accounts receive 7 days of full app access. No credit card is required to start, the trial begins when the account is created, and access pauses when the trial ends unless you choose to upgrade.

The founding plan costs $29/year and renews at $29/year while active. Claim it while it's available.

The expected future standard price is $120/year for new customers.

Use Cullibrate on photo files you have the rights to. Don't try to misuse the desktop app to attack other systems.

We don't police what you cull. We only step in if something is illegal under the laws that apply to you.

The software is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it stable and non-destructive, but we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Always keep your own backups of original RAW files.

You can cancel any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing term.

We may suspend an account in clear cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cullibrate is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
