A tour of your first launch

The layout you'll see the first time you open Cullibrate.

The first time you open Cullibrate you'll see three things: the workspace, the ingest bar at the top, and the mode picker on the left.

Cullibrate main window on first launch — empty workspace with the ingest bar visible.

The workspace

The center pane is where your photos live. It changes depending on the review mode you pick (Grid, Zoom, Survey, Face survey, Filmstrip). We'll cover each in Culling basics.

The ingest bar

The top bar is how photos get into Cullibrate. You can Open in Place (work from an existing folder) or Copy From Card (bring photos onto your machine first).

The mode picker

On the left side you can switch between Manual, AI-assisted, and Auto-Cull. This is a per-shoot decision — Cullibrate doesn't force you into one.
